Buyer Protection
Every purchase is covered by our Buyer Protection Guarantee. If the boots don't match the listing, you're fully protected with refund or return option
Escrow Payments
All payments are held securely through Stripe until delivery is confirmed. Sellers only get paid after you confirm you're happy — or after 48 hours if you don't respond. This protects both buyers and sellers in every transaction.
Daily Manual Checks
Every listing is manually reviewed by our team before going live. We verify that only elite-level, authentic boots make it to the marketplace. Zero tolerance for counterfeits — anyone attempting to sell fakes is immediately banned and blocked from re-registration.
Rareboots Dispute Centre
If you can't resolve an issue directly, our dispute centre steps in to mediate. We review evidence from both parties — photos, listing details, tracking, and communication — then make a fair decision. Resolutions are typically completed within 48-72 hours.
Secure Payments
Payments run safely through Stripe with escrow protection. You can pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or card.
Easy Returns
If your boots don't match the description, you can easily return them for a full refund. Our process is simple and buyer-friendly.
